Dear Guests,

          We would like to inform you about the issue of noise from near by area that many guests have kindly pointed out for us whether directly or through websites’ reviews.  Our property is located about 2 kilometers from Chiang Rai town center. We have built this property from the ground up with the utmost intention to be a comfortable home-like atmosphere with beautiful garden for guests who enjoy the convenience of staying close to town’s center. Since our opening 2 years ago, our property has received and serviced many guests. And we have valued the chance to serve everyone highly. 

          However, earlier this year, the property close by ours was developed into pubs/bars. With the non-permanent construction which houses the pubs and bars, noises and music can be heard within our property which is an open space, in late evening. Thus, we have put up higher fences to block out the noise as much as possible. While many guests have found that it has no effect in our rooms, which we also have installed thick glass doors and windows, many may have found it a bit disappointing. We would like to apologize to all our guests who may have been disappointed by this problem.
         
          We would like to be most straight forward and inform our guests prior to arrival. We will try to do our best to ensure our guests’ comfort and would like to again apologize for this short term trouble.
